How the rig works
The feeder delivers bait and hookbait to exactly the same spot every cast. As the mix breaks down, the hookbait sits in the middle of the feed, and the feeder's weight self-hooks the fish against a tight line.

Bottom feeder that roots through gravel with its four barbels for invertebrates. Readily takes pellets, boilies, luncheon meat and maggots.
Clean, fast to medium-paced rivers with gravel runs, weed beds and overhanging cover.

Barbel tips
- Fish heavy enough to hold bottom - a lead that rolls around in the flow gets few bites.
- Keep the fish in the net in the current until it has recovered fully before release.
